The short version

Over the past four years I've gone from outbound prospecting to building the ABM program and leading the SDR team at Texada Software, a PE-backed vertical SaaS company. I tend to operate across strategy and execution. I enjoy figuring out what works, putting structure around it, and helping others do it better.

I build account-based programs from the ground up, including segmentation, persona development, messaging, targeting, and campaign execution across paid and outbound channels.

SDR Team Building & Enablement

I hire, onboard, coach, and develop SDR teams. I design the training programs, talk tracks, and reporting structures that help reps ramp fast and perform consistently.

GTM Infrastructure & Data

I build the systems behind the motion: CRM architecture, intent data workflows, enrichment pipelines, dashboards, and the tooling stack that makes GTM teams more precise and efficient.
